- When you fill out a form (contact, discovery session): first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share in the message field.
- When you contact us via WhatsApp or email: your phone number, name and the content of the exchanges.
- When you browse the website: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, visit duration, referral source. This data is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for audience measurement and advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and trackers
The cookies and trackers used are as follows:

- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI): measurement of Facebook and Instagram advertising performance, conversion attribution. Operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
- LiteSpeed Cache: technical performance and caching cookies, necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
- WordPress: technical session cookies, necessary for the website to display correctly.

Your data is accessible to Julien Fournari (data controller) and Nicolas De Ieso (website operator and recipient of coaching enquiries). It may also be transmitted to the following technical service providers, strictly within the scope of their services:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (website hosting, Cyprus).
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Ireland).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel and CAPI, Ireland).
- Mailjet SAS (transactional email delivery via Fluent SMTP, France).
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers (Google, Meta) may transfer data to the United States as part of their processing operations. These transfers are governed by the EU - U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
